Content you export or publish via IncidentScribe is yours. You decide where it is published and who has access.

7. Integrations (Slack, Notion, and Others)

IncidentScribe may connect to third-party services (e.g., Slack and Notion) via OAuth or tokens. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

  • We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, suspensions, or policy changes.
  • You are responsible for configuring permissions correctly (e.g., sharing a Notion database with the connected user).

Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal (when available).

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us.
